Parkour (pronounced par-KOOR): the art of moving through your environment as
swiftly and effectively as possible using only the human body.
______________________________________________________________________________

Most of the time Parkour is practiced in an urban environment. However, in
this class we practice moving through a natural environment. Techniques and
activities include tree climbing, running in varied terrains, animal form
movements, balance practice, jumping, landing, rolling, building strength and
coordination of the body, and developing other physical attributes in a fun
and supportive learning group.

The techniques learned are also applicable to urban environments and
occasionally we may run class in an urban location.
